At GodPromise, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered with the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are here to help.

3-Day Easy Return / Exchange

We offer a 3-day easy return or exchange policy only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or broken during delivery

  • The product received is different from the one you ordered

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • An unboxing video or clear photos showing the issue may be required

How to Request a Return / Exchange

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product

  2. Share your Order ID and clear images/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or exchange

Refund Policy

  • In approved cases where replacement is not available, a refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer

  • No proof of damage or incorrect product is provided
